  Al- though modeling and simulation are a combination of art and science, there are guidelines which can be used by the teacher or researcher to develop and utilize models: (1) define the problem and modeling goals, (2) observe and analyze the real system, (3) block dia- gram and synthesize the model, (4) math- ematically formulate and implement. A model of real-time systems for the purpose of simulation modelling of control systems is proposed. It was elaborated when it turned out that a different method of system behaviour modelling was needed for logical validation of a design and for system performance evaluation, A model was established taking real-time systems as ones dedicated to.
